Contests / 2013 / Tomb Raider Reborn Contest

Well, where do I begin? In first place Im a big fan of Tomb Rider series and when I heard about the contest I wanted to get in. Why? because I disagree about the some issues of the game, but first the good things; Its a reboot of Lara Croft, many good things about her personality, she is younger and rookie thats nice, she represent the feminine beauty and the strong fire inside her soul, the way she is growing as a warrior and a survivor in all the game is very epic. There is a sequence I liked; the one Lara's hands are tight and she have to get trough the level. In this sequence I liked the feeling of helpless. I like the dirt in the game.
In few words she is Lara except in two things; her boobs. Why are so afraid of big boobs? I bet even when Lara was younger she already have a nice amount of boobs. So In this art I wanted to represent Lara with that sexy figure, I wanted to represent Lara in my art style, after all art communicate many things, in the next games I would like to see more physics, an improved boob physics, t shirt wet fx, weight and stretch, or check an option of breast size for those who don't want Lara like in her beginnings. After all we are Lara fans and I know new generation graphics can do this and more. Hope the producers and developers hear our prayers. Thanks a lot, keep doing nice games!

dude their not afraid of boobs..she just actually just has a bra ..which i think you misplaced hers in your drawing...and lara does has a sexy figure in the new one its just not an over the top escher girl figure like in the old ones...and with all do respect its kinda sad that your asking for wet t shirt graphics and boob physics on a one) a serious toned game (this is soul calibur for god sake ) and two ) a game that was meant to make lara not a fan service character any more. i think you missed that

this picture at least deserved an honourable mention. this is a masterfuly drawn picture, and not just because of the boobs, the dark colour palette and the breathtaking background are worth noticing as well

No I didn't I saw who placed thanks to the website, I thought your art captured her "turning into a survivor" theme betting than the "badass Lara" pics that won.

Really, yours captured the "vulnerability" they wanted to show in the game, no one else did that
